I would strongly recommend Wandano forest to anyone going to Hakuba for snow. The room is clean and hotel is within few mins walking distance to chair lift. Staffs are very helpful, provide excellent advice for dining and taking us to gondola and dinning area.

Nice and relaxed in just the right spot. Awesome water pressure in the shower(s). Essential post mountain! Close to cool bars and sweet eats. Really chill staff and pretty much a private bar to ease into the eve. Oh and an onsen. Says it all really. Thx for havin' me!

Our stay was great. Customer service was amazing. Quality and cleanliness of the property was outstanding. Close enough to all services (bars, restaurants, shops) yet a nice distance away from the business of Happo.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hakuba. The place runs so smoothly, its clean, awesome food and the staff are amazing and very approachable. I will definitely be staying here again.
